Sunday Morning Recap – 1/10/10

It was good to be back at it again this morning after a break for the last two Sundays. We had our Worship Choir sing with us this morning, which always adds another level of excitement.  We also started a new series this morning going through the book of Genesis.  We had some bad weather here Thursday night, so our team wasn’t exactly as I had scheduled, but we had some people step up to help fill in the gaps, and they did a great job!

We started with “Today Is the Day” (Lincoln Brewster). Our electric guitar player was gone this weekend, so our sax player took all the lead parts and solos, and he nailed it!!

The next set was:
“You, You Are God” (Walker Beach)
“We Will Remember” (Tommy Walker)

To go along with our Creation theme this morning, we also did:
“Beautiful Jesus” (Kristian Stanfill) and
“Indescribable” (Laura Story)

This setlist is part of the Sunday Setlist blog at its new home –   (http://www.theworshipcommunity.com/sunday-setlists-77/)
